  21. Concerning the heatsink design between a 266 and 3xx Mhz. . .i.e.
  22. a larger heatsink or greater air flow, this is generally true.

  24. However, the typical heat sink design used by Aavid Engineering allows
  25. the EV5 to operate in excess of 400Mhz, in tests that we have analyzed.

  27. In tests above 433, we have had to use more exotic cooling methods including
  28. coolant!  However, most conventional cooling (heatsink & fan) is more typical
  29. with Alpha systems shipping today from your favorite vendors.
